E-Commerce Coordinator | Markham, ON | 100% On-Site We’re hiring an E-Commerce Coordinator to join a fast-paced team within the consumer goods industry. 📍 Location: Markham, ON 🏢 Work arrangement: 100% on-site, 5 days per week 💼 Full-time opportunity This position is ideal for someone with hands-on e-commerce experience who enjoys working across site merchandising, product data, analytics, promotions, SEO, and customer experience optimization. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update e-commerce websites, product information, attributes, and cross-selling data Support site merchandising, including categories, seasonal priorities, new arrivals, and homepage placements Create and update landing pages using provided assets Analyze product, assortment, campaign, and website performance Monitor e-commerce KPIs and identify opportunities to improve navigation, customer journeys, and conversion Support SEO and product discoverability initiatives Create and manage online promotions and coupons Conduct end-to-end website testing across devices, including content, links, promotions, discounts, and email campaigns Support content and promotional calendars Collaborate with Marketing, Planning, Customer Care, and other internal teams What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or a comparable role, ideally within consumer goods Experience with e-commerce platforms, online merchandising, and product/catalogue management Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/Demandware) and HTML is a strong asset Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large amounts of data Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working independently when needed Interested?
