Cette opportunité fait partie de Systemex Automation (SA) À propos du rôle À titre de Expert(e) en intégration de l’automatisation, la personne retenue agira comme référence technique transversale au sein des projets d’automatisation de Systemex Automation. Elle évaluera, challengera et orientera les solutions techniques afin d’assurer la robustesse, la cohérence et la standardisation des concepts développés, tout en contribuant à réduire les risques d’intégration, accélérer la résolution de problèmes, améliorer la qualité des solutions livrées et soutenir l’évolution technologique de l’entreprise. Grâce à une expérience significative en automatisation industrielle et à un profil multidisciplinaire, elle saura analyser les interactions entre les systèmes mécaniques, électriques, robotiques, de contrôle et de vision, avec une expertise principale orientée vers la mécanique et l’intégration de systèmes. Responsabilités * Participer à la définition, à l’évaluation et à l’amélioration continue des concepts d’automatisation, des méthodes d’intégration et des pratiques d’exécution de projets. * Challenger les solutions techniques proposées afin d’en assurer la cohérence, la faisabilité, la robustesse et la qualité globale. * Assurer une cohérence technologique entre les projets, les équipes et les approches de conception, tout en contribuant à la standardisation des bonnes pratiques. * Identifier rapidement les risques techniques, les points critiques d’intégration, les enjeux opérationnels et les risques terrain associés aux projets. * Participer aux revues de conception multidisciplinaires et aux activités de brainstorming pour développer de nouvelles solutions technologiques. * Évaluer les impacts des choix mécaniques, électriques, logiciels et robotiques sur la performance globale des systèmes automatisés. * Soutenir les équipes dans les décisions techniques complexes et agir comme référence technique lors des phases critiques des projets. * Estimer les efforts d’installation et de mise en service, accélérer la résolution de problèmes et contribuer à l’évolution technologique de l’entreprise. Qualifications requises * Expérience significative en automatisation industrielle, intégration de systèmes, installation et mise en service d’équipements automatisés. * Excellente compréhension des systèmes mécaniques automatisés, des architectures électriques industrielles, des systèmes PLC, de la robotique industrielle et des technologies de vision. * Capacité à comprendre les interactions multidisciplinaires d’un système automatisé complexe et à identifier rapidement les risques techniques et opérationnels. * Fort esprit analytique et critique, approche pragmatique et orientée solution, avec une vision globale des projets et de leurs impacts à long terme. * Excellente capacité de vulgarisation, de collaboration interdisciplinaire et d’influence positive, avec une forte crédibilité technique, un esprit d’innovation et un intérêt marqué pour les nouvelles technologies d’automatisation. * La maîtrise du français est obligatoire. About the Role As the Automation Integration SME, you will act as a cross-functional technical reference within Systemex Automation’s automation projects. You will assess, challenge, and guide technical solutions to ensure the robustness, consistency, and standardization of concepts developed across projects, while helping reduce integration risks, accelerate problem resolution, improve the overall quality of delivered solutions, and support the company’s technological evolution. With significant experience in industrial automation and a multidisciplinary profile, you will be able to analyze the interactions between mechanical, electrical, robotic, control, and vision systems, with primary expertise focused on mechanical systems and systems integration. Responsibilities * Participate in defining, evaluating, and continuously improving automation concepts, integration methods, and project execution practices. * Challenge proposed technical solutions to ensure consistency, feasibility, robustness, and overall quality. * Ensure technological consistency across projects, teams, and design approaches while contributing to the standardization of best practices. * Quickly identify technical risks, critical integration points, operational issues, and field-related project risks. * Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews and brainstorming activities to develop new technological solutions. * Assess the impact of mechanical, electrical, software, and robotic choices on overall automated system performance. * Support teams in complex technical decisions and act as a technical reference during critical project phases. * Estimate installation and commissioning efforts, accelerate problem resolution, and contribute to the company’s technological evolution. Qualifications * Significant experience in industrial automation, systems integration, and the installation and commissioning of automated equipment. * Excellent understanding of automated mechanical systems, industrial electrical architectures, PLC systems, industrial robotics, and vision technologies. * Ability to understand multidisciplinary interactions within complex automated systems and quickly identify technical and operational risks. * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach and a global view of projects and their long-term impacts. * Excellent ability to explain complex concepts clearly, collaborate across disciplines, and positively influence technical direction, with strong technical credibility, an innovative mindset, and a strong interest in new automation technologies. * Proficiency in French is mandatory.
