We are seeking qualified individuals for the role of a Temp Entry Level Operator – Warehouse. Please note that this is not a fly-in, fly-out position and will be based in Labrador West, NL requiring candidates to work a 7-days on/7-days off (12-hour rotation – days/nights). Job Responsibilities: * Assist in stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into Ellipse * Ensure understanding of cost implications on all transactions: Issues, credits, and adjustments * Ensure workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the warehouse and stock * Organize and maintain housekeeping of the warehouse and surrounding area * Implement cost reduction principles in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities * Creation of daily work logs and transmission of same to Warehouse Coordinator * Operate a loader, forklift, pallet jack, or other equipment as required * Make team safety and efficiency priorities * Conduct periodic cycle counts and work to repatriate shadow inventory to warehouse control * Follows all environmental and safety policies as well as policies outlined in the employee handbook. * Perform all other duties assigned by supervision while demonstrating an authentic team player attitude. * Routinely makes informed judgment calls and performs work in the best interest of the business. Skills and Qualifications: * At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Comfortable with a fast-paced environment. * Excellent work ethic, and attendance record. * Microsoft applications knowledge. * Strong computer skills * Laydown yard knowledge Education & Experience: * Secondary School (Required) License: * Driver’s License (Required) We are an equal opportunity employer! Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and possess a valid driver's license. A secondary school education is required, along with strong computer skills and the ability to work a 7-days on/7-days off rotation.
