Job Description Our client, a leading Construction organization, is looking for an Intermediate Level Civil Estimator with 4-6 years of experience in a similar role. The company, located in the Greater Toronto Area, is growing its team and they need you. Your responsibilities will include: · Analyze contract documents to determine project requirements. · Contribute to establishing a critical path schedule, including milestones. · Complete quantity take-offs for labor, equipment, and materials. · Contribute to pricing for general expenses and project-specific requirements. · Document all estimate information for project teams upon award and ensure all documents and data support estimate figures. · Conduct risk analysis for review by the assigned project sponsor. · Review proposal specifications and attend pre-bid meetings.
