As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you promote and educate clients on a wide range of insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, and help us grow our presence and profile in the local community. Strong technical knowledge and confidence handling more complex client needs, with the ability to provide tailored coverage recommendations A proven ability to build lasting client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and identify opportunities to grow and retain business Highly organized with strong attention to detail, allowing you to effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy A collaborative mindset with a passion for sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and contributing to team success Professional, solutions-focused, and an effective communicator who demonstrates sound judgment and integrity in every client interaction Once here, you'll: Deliver exceptional client service while representing Westland Insurance professionally across phone, email, and in-person interactions Assess client needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations across personal lines to ensure the right coverage and protection Manage new business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes while handling more complex insurance cases with accuracy and attention to detail Build lasting client relationships by providing proactive support throughout the customer journey, including renewals, claims assistance, and follow-up communication Contribute to business growth by identifying sales opportunities in addition to cross-selling and up-selling products Support branch success by collaborating with team members, mentoring peers, and assisting with training, reporting, and day-to-day operations as needed #LI-AW1 #LI-Onsite Want to get to know each other better? Requirements
Candidates must have at least 2 years of insurance industry experience and hold a Level 2 License. Progress toward a CAIB or CIP designation is required, along with strong technical knowledge and communication skills.
