Expected Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $23.00 on a 37.5-hour work week, with an increase upon licensing and movement into the Insurance Advisor position. Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months from the date of hire but is dependent on individual achievement. Westland provides support to all Trainees as they work to obtain their licensing. The trainee will learn to promote and educate clients on insurance products while interpreting their needs. They will also participate in daily insurance transactions and answer client questions at the frontline.

The role is designed for career-minded individuals with minimal sales or customer service experience who are eager to grow. Candidates must demonstrate strong time management skills and the ability to build authentic client relationships.
