Hiring: AI Architect Location: Canada – Remote Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a visionary and experienced AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation intelligent solutions across the enterprise. This role will play a key part in our digital transformation initiatives by architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance AI-driven platforms and capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, AI Coding Assistants, AI Agents, and Agile software engineering practices. You will lead the end-to-end AI lifecycle, from conceptualization and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and production optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional technology and business teams to define enterprise AI strategies, establish architectural standards, and deliver innovative AI solutions that drive business value. Key Responsibilities 1. AI & Machine Learning Architecture Design and implement enterprise-grade AI/ML architectures and intelligent applications. Provide hands-on technical leadership in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and LangChain. Lead data preparation, feature engineering, vectorization, model development, and deployment. Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, platform engineers, and software development teams. Optimize AI solutions for scalability, latency, performance, observability, security, and cost efficiency. Conduct architecture assessments, technical design reviews, and code reviews. Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and incorporate relevant innovations into architectural roadmaps. 2. Generative AI, Copilots & AI Coding Assistants Architect enterprise solutions leveraging AI coding assistants, copilots, and developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot. Design integrations, extensions, and plugins for development environments such as Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ IDEA, and Eclipse. Apply prompt engineering, context optimization, fine-tuning, and agentic workflows to improve LLM performance.
