Join our growing team as a Remote Computer User Support Specialist who will provide technical assistance and user support across our digital platforms. In this position, you will assist users with technical concerns, guide them through solutions, and ensure systems are functioning effectively. Your ability to communicate clearly and solve problems efficiently will support smooth day-to-day operations.
