Toronto, Ontario Architecture & Design Firm - HYBRID Large scale distribution and warehouse projects $115-135k + 4 weeks holidays Other Titles: OAA Architect, Project Architect, Project Director More About Our Client TalentSphere is partnering with a Revit based client with projects across Canada that requires an experienced Architect to step into a leadership role designing large scale distribution centers, warehouses and cold-storage facilities. Starting as a Team Lead, the successful candidate will later transition into an Associate or Project Director role later. Only Revit based professionals experienced in large scale distribution centers, warehouses (300k+++ SF) & cold storage projects will be considered. The Role Reporting to an Associate, they require a seasoned professional who enjoys leading projects, building client relationships and mentoring multidisciplinary teams. They Require An Architectural Professional With Strong Revit skills on technical construction projects 4+ years working in a BIM environment Part 3 OBC experience gained on large scale (500k SF) distribution, warehouse or cold storage projects Group F2 and F3 occupancies; code analyses for large sprinklered industrial buildings Strong understanding of fire separation for mixed use industrial/office occupancies Knowledge of stacked racking, conveyer belts, mezzanines and elevated platform areas Knowledge of building envelope systems including precast and insulated metal panels, vapor and condensation control; freeze/cooler assemblies Experience working in Revit on technical projects across multiple stakeholders What Our Client Offers A leadership role with upward mobility 4 weeks of vacation; 5 personal days Good benefits What To Do Now If this sounds like an exciting opportunity and you meet the criteria above, apply directly for immediate consideration at jbroden@talentsphere.ca Keywords: Toronto West, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Oakville, West GTA

Requirements

Candidates need strong Revit skills and at least four years of experience working in a BIM environment on technical construction projects. They must have Part 3 Ontario Building Code experience on large industrial projects, including relevant occupancy and fire-separation analysis, and knowledge of industrial storage systems and building-envelope assemblies.
