We're looking for a Project Coordinator / Sales Support professional to join our clients team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from quote to project completion. In this position, you'll work closely with our Sales and Project Management teams, helping coordinate customer orders, prepare project documentation, and ensure every project runs smoothly. You'll enjoy a collaborative environment, opportunities to learn from experienced professionals, and ongoing product and industry training to support your career growth. What You'll Do Partner with Project Managers and Sales Representatives to support projects from start to finish. Prepare proposals, quotations, and project documentation. Process customer orders accurately and resolve order discrepancies quickly. Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and proactively communicate updates and estimated arrival times to customers. Notify customers when orders are ready for pickup or delivery. Assist estimators with pricing and bid preparation. Prepare and submit technical documentation and product submittals. Deliver outstanding customer service while building strong, long-term client relationships. Represent the company at customer appreciation events, open houses, lunches, and industry networking opportunities. Continuously expand your product knowledge through manufacturer training and independent learning. Support additional projects and initiatives as needed. What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience in a project coordination, customer service, sales support, or similar role (preferred). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A professional, positive, and customer-first attitude. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, resourceful mindset and a willingness to learn. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Post-secondary education (College or University) is considered an asset.
