Job Title: Senior Finance Manager / Controller Industry Sector: Hospitality Salary: $120,000-140,000 plus benefits and perks Location: Collingwood – Wasaga area ON-SITE!!!! About The Role Reporting directly to the General Manager, President and Board of Directors, this position as Head of Finance is in charge of daily full cycle accounting and financial operations of the company. As part of the Leadership team, your strengths will be speaking finance to non finance staff, operations, and seasonal staff. You will love multi-tasking, wearing many hats and a variety in your day-to-day work. You will manage relationships and have frequent interactions with other company leaders, staff, contractors, vendors, and customers. Responsibilities Include Financial Management & Reporting Banking & Treasury Management Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning Capital Planning & Asset Management Governance & Board Support Audit, Compliance & Risk Management Technology Governance & Business Systems Systems & Process Improvement Qualifications CPA or equivalent 10+ yrs of progressive full cycle accounting experience, ideally working autonomously or in a small team. 5+ yrs in a management or supervisory role Experience working with Boards, Finance Committees, or governance structures is highly desirable Advanced proficiency in financial management systems and accounting software You have excellent verbal and written communication skills You have strong interpersonal skills, are mature, professional, reliable and looking for long term stability. What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates must be a CPA with over 10 years of progressive full cycle accounting experience and at least 5 years in a management role. Experience working with Boards or governance structures and advanced proficiency in financial management software are highly desired.
