As a Temporary Project Analyst, you will review information across multiple systems and sources, identify key commercial and contractual details, and ensure information is accurately captured and structured within standardized templates and databases. Temporary Project Analyst Responsibilities Review RFPs, proposals, pricing documents, contracts, and related files stored within SharePoint. Extract and organize key commercial, pricing, and contractual information. Capture and structure data using Excel and standardized templates. Search, enter, update, and validate information within the company's CRM system. Cross-reference information between SharePoint, CRM, Excel, and other data sources. Identify and flag missing, incomplete, duplicate, or inconsistent information. Manage a high volume of documents and data while maintaining strong attention to detail. Follow established processes, project guidelines, and documentation standards. Work independently to meet project timelines and productivity expectations. Temporary Project Analyst Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Highly organized, methodical, and comfortable working within structured processes. Strong analytical, research, and data-entry skills. Comfortable navigating and retrieving documents within SharePoint and Microsoft Excel Previous experience using a CRM, database, or similar information management system. Ability to compare information across multiple sources and identify discrepancies. Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage repetitive, detail-focused work. Quick learner who can work effectively with minimal supervision.
