What You Will Be Doing As a Bilingual Inbound Fraud Analyst, you will help protect our clients and Tangerine by responding to inbound fraud-related inquiries and reviewing unusual account and card activity. You will combine strong customer service, sound judgment and attention to detail to help clients navigate potentially stressful situations involving suspected fraud, lost or stolen cards and disputed transactions. You will also work closely with other teams across the Bank to minimize fraud risk while delivering a positive and supportive client experience. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: Respond to inbound telephone and written inquiries from clients and other Bank departments regarding suspected fraud, unusual activity, lost or stolen cards, disputed transactions and related concerns. Authenticate clients, review unusual account or card activity and gather the information required to investigate and document potential fraud. Authorize legitimate transactions or decline highly suspicious transactions based on established fraud procedures, controls and available information. Complete online fraud reports, accurately itemize fraudulent or disputed transactions and take the appropriate action to support timely resolution. Assist with card replacements and ensure accounts are appropriately updated across all applicable systems when cards are reported lost, stolen or compromised. Navigate multiple systems and applications while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting established quality, productivity, decision accuracy and schedule adherence expectations. Minimize fraud risk and losses by following Tangerine and Scotiabank policies, procedures, regulatory requirements and key controls. Skills Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have: Full bilingual proficiency in English and French. Previous customer service experience, preferably within financial services, retail banking or a contact centre environment. Strong verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to recognize potential risk or suspicious activity. Strong critical thinking, judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ability to navigate multiple applications and systems efficiently. Familiarity with debit or credit card systems and fraud-monitoring tools is an asset. A high school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education in business or a related discipline is an asset. Hiring, Training & Work Shift Details Location: 1234 Main St, Moncton, NB. Position Start Date: November 2026. Status: Full-time Eight weeks of onsite training, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. AT. Business Hours: Monday to Sunday, between 9:00AM and 12:00AM AT, 37.5 hours per week What’s in it for you?
