Job summary

We’re looking for detail-oriented, solutions-driven individual to join our team as a Bilingual Insurance Tracking Specialist. In this role your key focus would be managing customer accounts to ensure insurance policies and any other insurance deficiencies are promptly brought into compliance. Responsibilities Stay up-to date on SCI’s auto insurance compliance requirements Identify missing or non-compliant aspects in customers’ insurance policies Reach out to customers, insurance companies and/or brokers to obtain updated insurance policies Log all activities and follow-ups pertaining to each case in SCI’s lease/customer management platform Use judgment to determine priority of cases and work them accordingly Work with our third-party insurance tracking agents and their system to maintain an accurate and up-to-date portfolio Respond to customer queries regarding insurance policy requirements and changes Review changes to insurance policies and escalate as required Perform administrative tasks required to resolve cases Prepare and issue customer correspondence regarding delinquent insurance accounts such as demand letters, and escalation notices Always aim for customer satisfaction Other duties as assigned BEHAVIOURAL Solution driven with a view to meeting business needs Proactive problem solver with a mind for quality and efficiency Friendly individual who finds it easy to get along with everyone Ambitious, self-starter with an eagerness to learn new things Solid team player who can also work independently Persistent and persuasive Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude Optimistic individual who embraces and thrives in a fast-paced environment Open minded and able to adapt to change Qualifications SKILLS REQUIRED Bilingual: excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English Detail oriented, organized, flexible and able to multi-task Fundamental computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF writer Excellent grasp of phone and email etiquette Strong customer service skills Experience Minimum 1 year experience in a customer facing role Previous experience in Automotive or Finance industry an asset Previous experience in handling insurance claims an asset EDUCATION Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience REPORTING TO: Team Lead, Insurance SALARY: $50,000 - $55,000 CAD Our organization will, on request, provide accommodations for disabilities to support your participation in all aspects of our Recruitment Process.
