You will provide hands-on implementation support, training, and validation activities to ensure each application user is fully operational on the new system. You will work closely with various teams, operations leaders, and technical support teams to ensure a smooth and successful application launch at each location. Mandatory skills and experience: Strong written and verbal bilingual (French, English) proficiency. Strong ability to train and support staff during application transition. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Help teams in validating application flow, troubleshoot issues with other support/technical teams. Must have ability to travel frequently across Quebec to support application implementations ( ~ 80% travel) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable schedules depending on store conversion timelines Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when documenting processes and implementation activities Strong Communication, Interpersonal and Stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced rollout environment Preferred Skills Experience working in retail pharmacy environments. Familiarity with pharmacy management systems [such as Kroll] will be considered a strong asset. Thank you for your interest in TCS.
