Job summary

The Property Manager is responsible to oversee and support the activities related to rental properties, preparation and care of rental suite, both in interactions with clients, i.e., owners, prospective tenants and tenants at various buildings across the GTA. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing and assisting with the coordination and completion of move-ins and move-outs. Overseeing and assisting the day to day Rental Management activities including but not limited to troubleshooting and arranging maintenance and service requests, lease and billing requirements. Responding and troubleshooting to requests for services made by clients and tenants including communications with third parties in coordinating services to be completed. Conducting inspections of suites to ensure units are delivered in accordance with the Company’s standards. Plans and provides guidance to residents and team members on tasks and activities. Administrative duties and oversight in operations Assist with reception and administration, including taking minutes of meetings. Actively assists Management as required so that tasks are handled effectively and on-time. Requirements Completion of post-secondary education. 5+ years of progressive experience in the residential real estate, property management or construction industry. High degree of proficiency with web-based tools and applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), Photoshop and Acrobat. Competency in Rental management software Buildium, DocuSign and CMS is an asset. Superior communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of RTA and Tarion. Strong collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to work well with all levels across the organization. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to deliver high-quality results while working under multiple deadlines. Availability and flexibility to work evenings and weekends at times. Must be comfortable around domestic animals/pets. Compensation Starting annual base salary of $60,000 - $70,000 Annual Bonus $2,400 Car Annual Allowance Benefits Pension RRSP Education Assistance 3 Weeks' paid vacation Paid sick days
