In this role, you will respond to phone and email inquiries regarding store level marketing and customer programs, marketing related issues, and other customer service-related activities. Hybrid work mode. This position is currently open and reflects a replacement position due to an internal transfer, promotion, or departure. The salary range for this position is $43,880 to $54,850 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities. Responsibilities When your actions lead to success: Provide first-level customer service for stores and central office and resolve issues in a prompt and efficient manner to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Oversee and support the entire sales order cycle—from input to delivery—to ensure seamless execution of orders. Log calls and emails into the appropriate tracking systems and escalate issues to the appropriate person or department as necessary. Maintain a high level of knowledge and adherence to the Call Centre Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). Identify recurring issues to determine and document possible solutions, assist with their prompt resolution, and liaise with internal departments to ensure issues are resolved and service level agreements are maintained. Qualifications When your expertise drives us: Post-secondary education completed Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience, in a fast-paced environment - supply chain position would be an important asset Proficient computing skills using Microsoft Office Proficient in CRM platform, inventory management system, and online web portal Must be fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and employees, both orally and writing. French is an asset.
