Job summary
HSE SITE SAFETY OFFICER To Support Team Drilling’s growth, we are looking for the ideal candidate to provide dependable HSE coordination, so Team Drilling’s crews are trained, documented, and returned home safely and efficiently. The position supports the HSE Manager and Operations team, keeping records, schedules, and follow-up actions current. Position: HSE SITE SAFETY OFFICER. Reports to: HSE Manager HSE functional reporting: Works directly with and supports the HSE Manager. Location: Mine site specific. Employment Type: Full Time working fly in/out rotation. Core Responsibilities: Conduct all new hire and safety orientations for the designated site. Ensure training is completed and employees have equipment and resources to fulfill job requirements. Maintain all site safety records. Enforcement of company policies and procedures. Investigate incidents and complete incident reports. Assist with Safety program auditing Perform site audits. Ability to travel and stay at field work locations. All other duties as assigned by the supervisor Education and Experience: Minimum of 2 years field experience in an NCSO or Safety role. Excellent knowledge of legislation and procedures. Excellent knowledge of potential hazardous material or practices. Proficient in MS Office. Outstanding organizational skills Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team-oriented attitude. Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills NCSO Certificate.
