Job Description We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Lead with strong expertise in Guidewire Claim Center and Policy Center for large-scale P&C Insurance implementations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in leading development teams, solution design, integrations, and client-facing engagements. Key Responsibilities Lead Guidewire Claim Center and Policy Center implementation, enhancement, and support projects. Drive technical design, architecture, and code reviews. Lead onsite/offshore teams and collaborate with business stakeholders. Manage Guidewire upgrades, integrations, and production support activities. Required Skills 15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years of Guidewire experience. Strong hands-on expertise in: Guidewire Claim Center Guidewire Policy Center GOSU, PCF, Rules, Data Model, Workflows Extensive integration experience using: REST APIs SOAP Web Services Guidewire Messaging Framework MuleSoft / Integration Platforms Kafka/Event-based Integrations (preferred) Strong Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, SQL, and Cloud experience. Deep understanding of P&C Insurance business processes. Preferred Guidewire Certification (Claim Center/Policy Center). Experience with Guidewire Cloud and Billing Center is a plus. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Full-time: The pay range for this role is CAD140k – CAD180k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
