Job summary

Key Responsibilities Lead DevOps strategy, automation roadmap, and platform engineering practices. Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for build, test, deployment, and release automation. Implement cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible. Manage Docker/Kubernetes deployments and ensure environment stability. Drive monitoring, incident management, RCA, security, compliance, and reliability improvements. Mentor DevOps engineers and collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and security teams. Required Skills: Hands on experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools. Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Terraform/Ansible, and Bash or Python scripting. Good understanding of networking, system administration, observability, and release management. Strong problem solving, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field. 8+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in DevOps/cloud/platform engineering. Experience leading DevOps teams or enterprise automation initiatives. Relevant AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, or DevOps certifications preferred.
