Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications. Develop and optimize SQL queries, database schemas, and data models to ensure high performance and reliability. Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs and related services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business users to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. Troubleshoot application and database performance issues and implement effective solutions. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience in Java Development. Solid expertise in SQL, database design, query writing, and performance optimization. Proven experience in API Development and Integration (REST APIs, web services, microservices preferred). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Preferred/Nice-to-Have Skills Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies. Practical experience leveraging AI tools, frameworks, or GenAI solutions to improve development productivity, efficiency, and business outcomes. Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and modern automation practices.
