About The Role This is a hybrid contract opportunity based in Toronto, ON, with an expectation of approximately 1 day per week onsite. The successful candidate will work with Agency teams to support IAM integrations, provide technical assistance to clients, and contribute to the migration and integration of IAM systems. Key Description Support clients with integration to the ONE ID IAM service Work with OIDC and OAuth authentication and authorization protocols Create and manage service enrollments for client services Support client promotion from test environments to production Develop end-to-end integration and testing plans Collaborate with networking, infrastructure, and other technical teams Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear resolution options Prepare technical documentation, including design, deployment, and integration guides Provide regular project updates to project managers and sponsors Participate in knowledge transfer and ensure documentation is maintained throughout the engagement Must Haves 2 3 years of IAM development experience Strong knowledge of OpenID Connect (OIDC) and OAuth Experience with system integration, including APIs and standard protocols Understanding of network connectivity, including firewalls and DNS Knowledge of TLS/SSL, PKI, and Single Sign-On (SSO) Experience providing technical support directly to clients Strong technical communication and documentation skills Nice to Haves Experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Experience with Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Knowledge of SAML Experience with IAM software and identity platforms Experience with Agile development methodologies Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines Experience with JIRA and Confluence Public sector experience is preferred
