Job summary
Our Client is looking for a Junior Project Control Officer (PCO) to support Ontario Health s Emergency Services implementation teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong project coordination, administrative support, scheduling, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and follow-up skills who is comfortable working across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate calendars, recurring and ad hoc meetings, working groups, agendas, meeting materials, minutes, decisions, and follow-up actions Maintain action item trackers, decision logs, risk registers, status reports, briefing notes, presentations, correspondence, and project documentation Gather project and workstream updates and follow up on missing information, overdue actions, risks, issues, and next steps Maintain SharePoint repositories, shared workspaces, templates, trackers, and project documentation in an organized and accessible manner Coordinate information and communication across project managers, implementation leads, internal partners, and stakeholders Support project managers with status reporting, risk and issue tracking, meeting follow-ups, and coordination of project requests Assist with budgeting administration, invoice tracking, expense processing, procurement follow-up, and related coordination activities Identify scheduling conflicts, documentation gaps, unclear accountabilities, and items requiring escalation or follow-up Must-Have Qualifications Experience providing executive, administrative, project coordination, or PCO support in a professional environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Strong scheduling, coordination, organization, prioritization, time management, communication, critical thinking, and follow-through skills Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing meeting minutes, summaries, briefing materials, presentations, correspondence, and project documentation Demonstrated experience coordinating meetings, agendas, materials, minutes, decisions, action items, and follow-up activities across multiple workstreams Working knowledge of project coordination concepts including timelines, actions, decisions, risks, issues, and status reporting Nice to Have Experience with MS Project, MS Planner, or similar project management tools Previous experience supporting healthcare, health system, implementation, or multi-workstream projects Public Sector Experience Is Preferred Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Project Coordination, Health Administration, or a related field
