Perform procedures such as pain management techniques and minor interventions within scope of practice. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams using electronic health records systems like Epic or Cerner for seamless data collection and documentation. Provide health education and counseling on preventive measures, lifestyle modifications, and disease management. Participate in home care visits and community outreach programs to extend healthcare access beyond the clinic setting. Engage in ongoing research activities or quality improvement initiatives to stay current with medical advancements and enhance patient care practices. Experience Proven hospital experience with a strong background in acute care settings. Prior experience in pediatrics, demonstrating comfort managing children's health needs. Familiarity with medical terminology, electronic health records (Epic, Cerner), and medical office procedures. Experience in pain management techniques and home care services is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to collect accurate patient data, perform medication administration safely, and deliver compassionate patient care.
