Top MUST HAVE Hiring Criteria Extensive Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Development Experience – 5+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud SFRA platform, designing, developing, customizing, and supporting enterprise-scale e-commerce solutions. Strong E-Commerce Integration Expertise – Proven experience building and maintaining integrations between SFCC and third-party platforms including payment gateways, shipping providers, tax services, Salesforce Order Management, Loyalty Management, and REST-based APIs. Modern Web Development & Commerce Technologies – Advanced proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, Git version control, and software engineering best practices for developing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud applications. Custom Commerce Solution Development – Demonstrated ability to develop and enhance complex e-commerce functionality including product configurators, pricing engines, promotions, customer journeys, composable storefronts, and order management workflows. Software Engineering Best Practices – Experience producing high-quality, maintainable code through code reviews, unit and integration testing, debugging, performance optimization, Agile development methodologies, and CI/CD development practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Technical Leadership – Proven ability to work closely with UX, Product, Marketing, Sales, Infrastructure, Security, and Architecture teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver projects on schedule while mentoring peers through code reviews and technical guidance.
