Job Description We are looking for an experienced Capital Markets Business Analyst with strong knowledge of financial markets, investment banking, and trading processes. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and product owners to gather requirements, define solutions, and support the delivery of capital markets applications. Required Skills 6–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets or Financial Services. Strong understanding of Capital Markets products and trade lifecycle. Experience with one or more of: Equities Fixed Income / Bonds Derivatives FX Securities Trading Investment Banking Strong experience in requirements gathering and functional analysis. Hands-on experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Experience with UAT, test planning, and defect management. Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Requirements

Candidates should also have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and be able to work effectively with business and technical teams.
