Business Analyst Toronto, ON Full Time Must-have: • Great experience as a Business Analyst, with responsibilities in requirements management on large and complex projects. • Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products and processes. • Proven experience in requirements planning, prioritization, and elicitation techniques. • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, and MS Visio. • Proficiency in querying and analyzing data using SQL. • Experience working with APIs, Python, and AI • Experience with workflow and process automation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow. • Strong understanding of system integration concepts, including ETL processes and data pipelines. • Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field. • Understanding of the Product Control function and its role within Capital Markets. • Hands-on experience with data sourcing and mappings for major Capital Market products. • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools • Experience with machine learning or predictive analytics concepts. Requirements
Requires substantial Business Analyst experience, strong Capital Markets knowledge, and advanced Excel and Visio skills, along with SQL, API, and Python experience. Candidates should have an undergraduate degree in a related field and familiarity with Product Control, ETL and data pipelines, DevOps, and machine learning or predictive analytics.
