Position: Finance Project Manager Location: Montr al QC H3A 2A6 Duration: 12 Months Job Type: Temporary Assignment Work Type: Onsite Shift: 08:00 am to 05:00 pm Job Description The Finance project manager will manage a large scope of projects. Main Responsibilities Regulatory projects: Adapting finance reporting to meet Regulatory requirements for Head office. Business Projects: Adapting finance systems to handle new products or needs coming from Front Office or ALMT, business lines or functions Internal Finance projects: Co-ordination of Finance teams to reach an internal goal (organization topics, internal requests from the Group, internal requests from the CFO executive committee). Digital projects: Automation and streamlining of Finance processes. The project manager will coordinate with Fresh and other internal stakeholders across F&T to ensure on-time quality delivery of the projects. Gather and report project costing, identify risks and develops risk mitigation plans. Develop detailed project plans including documentation, testing and executing protocol, tasks, budgets, time lines and status metrics. Collect and analyze user requirements and business processes. Carry out investigations of the source of data, explain the origin of the anomaly, identify, and correct them. Build remediation plans. Provides the team lead with the data needed to make the big-picture decisions Skills Required KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Good knowledge of Project Management processes and workflow Experience in business and system analysis (gathering requirements, creating system specifications) in the financial services industry. Result oriented Good knowledge of banking products and services Ability to analyze large data sets and condense the findings Good communication skills to interact at all levels of the organisation Well versed with Microsoft office applications Preferred Qualifications University degree in Finance/Accounting PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is a plus TekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
