Install, relocate, refresh, and decommission end-user computing equipment, including desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and peripherals. Track assets and document work, provide basic troubleshooting, coordinate deployment schedules, and follow client security and safety procedures.

Coordinate and track IT equipment installations, moves, additions, changes, and removals, working with technicians, users, vendors, and internal IT teams. Maintain accurate ticket, asset, and work-status records; follow up on pending tasks, resolve coordination issues, and provide stakeholder updates.

Provide IT desktop or help desk support to users. Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams and related workplace technology issues.
