The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for inspiring and coaching team members to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. They ensure the store meets brand standards and operational goals while fostering a positive and productive team environment.

Candidates must have 2-3 years of retail sales or customer service experience, including at least one year in a management role. A university degree or college diploma in business or management is considered an asset.
