We’re full-service and fully loaded with an industry-leading diverse fleet of over 80,000 trailers and a support network of 240 service bays, 118 mobile service trucks, and 430+ skilled mechanics. As an Operations Coordinator in Cornwall, you will oversee the rental counter and administration to ensure streamlined and customer-focused operations day to day. Specific responsibilities include: Maintain and document on-site inventories of trailers and communicate findings to the operations team daily, primarily through Yard Checks Liaise with the Service Department to ensure trailers requiring repairs are processed Provide information about rental items, such as availability, operation or description of trailers to customers/sales/operations team Answer and follow up on all telephone inquiries from customers/sales/operations team regarding trailer inventory and receive orders Qualifications Knowledge of the trailer/transportation industry is an asset Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications Strong customer services skills, ability to prioritize and multitask and excellent organizational skills.
