Job summary
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Branch Customer Service Representative to join our branch operations team. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service both in person and over the phone. You’ll assist with processing orders, managing inquiries, and ensuring customers receive accurate information and timely support. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers at the branch, providing accurate product and service information. Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes, order confirmations, and other related documents. Process customer orders and payments accurately, including order entry, allocation, and tracking. Handle product returns and restock items as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming counter and pick-up area. Assist with receiving, putting away inventory, and participating in regular inventory counts. Support in-store merchandising and promotional displays. Contribute to team and departmental goals by performing additional tasks as needed. Follow all company health and safety policies, maintain a safe work environment, and promptly report hazards or incidents. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a retail, branch, or warehouse environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions and orders. Time management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple priorities effectively. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Experience using POS and ERP systems for order entry, lookups, and tracking. Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration; willingly assists others when needed. Positive, professional attitude with a customer-first mindset. Takes ownership of assigned tasks and follows through on commitments. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely as needed. We are an equal opportunity employer.
