Le candidat retenu sera responsable de corder et d’entretenir les raquettes selon les normes les plus élevées afin de répondre aux besoins de notre clientèle. Responsabilités Principales Effectuer le cordage, le re-cordage, l’entretien et la personnalisation des raquettes. S’assurer que la machine à corder est en bon état de fonctionnement. Vérifier et réparer les poignées, œillets et bumper guards au besoin. Gérer efficacement le volume quotidien de raquettes et établir les priorités. Communiquer avec les autres cordeurs pour assurer la couverture quotidienne. Compléter les fiches de cordage et enregistrer les fournitures utilisées. Maintenir un espace de travail propre et bien organisé. Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle. Commander et organiser les fournitures nécessaires au cordage. Exigences Connaissance de base des produits et raquettes de tennis. Grand souci du détail et précision dans le travail. Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe. Capacité à gérer les priorités dans un environnement dynamique. Engagement envers un horaire de travail stable. Disponibilité pour travailler les fins de semaine selon les heures du magasin. Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais. Expérience Une expérience préalable en cordage n’est pas requise, car une formation complète sera offerte. Toutefois, une expérience en cordage est considérée comme un atout important. ________________________________________________________________ We are currently looking for a Racquet Stringer to join our team at our main location. As a Racquet Stringer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all racquets are strung and maintained to the highest standards to meet the needs of our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about tennis and looking to develop technical skills—we offer full training! Key Responsibilities Perform stringing, re-stringing, racquet maintenance, and racquet customization Ensure the stringing machine is in proper working condition Inspect and repair grips, grommet strips, and bumper guards as needed Manage daily racquet volume and adjust priorities accordingly Coordinate with other stringers to ensure daily stringing coverage Complete and track racquet stringing cards, attach appropriate labels, and maintain records of supplies used Maintain a clean and organized stringing area Deliver excellent customer service Order and organize stringing-related supplies Requirements Basic knowledge of tennis products and racquets Excellent attention to detail and precision in work Ability to work independently and within a team Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with effective time management Commitment to a consistent work schedule Availability to work weekends based on store hours Fluent in English and French Experience Prior stringing experience is not required, as full training will be provided. However, previous experience with racquet stringing is considered a strong asset.
