We're looking for an Internal Communication Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about storytelling, executive communications, and employee engagement. Reporting to the Corporate Communications Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping how we communicate across our global organization. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, influence major corporate initiatives, and help bring our culture to life through meaningful and impactful communications. What you'll do Bring our internal communications to life You will: · Develop compelling content that informs, inspires, and engages our associates. · Translate complex business topics into clear and meaningful messages. · Build communication plans and editorial calendars that keep teams aligned. · Reinforce our vision, values, and culture through powerful storytelling. · Manage communications projects from concept to delivery, coordinating with internal and external partners. Elevate our communication channels You will: · Manage and continuously improve our intranet and internal newsletters. · Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities to increase engagement. · Help evolve the employee experience through innovative communication approaches and digital tools. Partner with senior leaders As a trusted communications advisor, you will support executives in delivering messages that resonate and drive impact. You will: · Draft executive communications, presentations, speeches, and leadership messages. · Advise leaders on messaging, tone, timing, and audience engagement. · Support the preparation and execution of corporate events. · Participate in planning sessions, rehearsals, and live events to ensure successful delivery. What you bring · Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. · Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate communications. · Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. · Experience supporting executive communications and high-visibility projects. · Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. · Excellent verbal and written English proficiency is required for this position due to frequent interactions with partners, clients, and/or colleagues located outside Quebec whose primary working language is English. The ability to communicate effectively in French, both verbally and in writing, is also considered an asset. · Comfort with digital communication platforms and communication technologies. · Curiosity, creativity, and a desire to continuously improve how organizations communicate.
