Job summary
Active Leaders of Love is looking for a Volunteer Community Program Manager to help us design and develop meaningful, community-focused initiatives that advance our mission of removing barriers to economic and social inclusion. We are looking for someone who can identify community needs and turn ideas into thoughtfully designed programs that create tangible value for the people and communities we serve. You may help develop initiatives such as: Digital literacy and digital skills programs Employment and career development initiatives Mentorship programs Community education and learning opportunities Youth and leadership development initiatives Other programs that emerge from the Lightboard Project and our broader community work You will help take an idea from “What does this community need?” to “What should the program look like, how should it be delivered, and how will we know it is making a difference?” We are looking for someone who is community-minded, creative, strategic, and passionate about social impact—someone who enjoys developing programs from the ground up and turning community needs into practical initiatives. Volunteer commitment: 5 -7 hours per week.
