Bread should be simple; made with only three ingredients: flour, water and salt. It's a slow process, using traditional methods for naturally leavened sourdough breads. Each loaf is fermented several days to produce a rich flavourful crumb with a thick crust. All our breads and pastries are made with fresh, high quality ingredients.
