Job summary
The DR Server is responsible for ensuring food is served in a courteous and efficient manner, following proper food handling practices; and sustaining The Berkeley properties at the highest level of cleanliness, ensuring exemplary service, in a courteous and efficient manner. Food Service: Serve meals in a courteous and efficient manner, providing exemplary customer service. Maintain knowledge of the menu, dietary restrictions, and available items. Strictly adhere to food and safety standards. Follow correct serving techniques for all types of food and beverage on the menu. Listen to and solicit resident feedback regarding their dining experience. Ensure serving areas, dining room, dishes, floors, etc. are cleaned and set to specific standards.
