What You Will Do In This Role Train and coach the team below you to provide “ABSOLUTE” service Set clear expectations and follow up with your team on a regular basis Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder) Reconcile cash deposits Place orders and perform inventory counts Address customer concerns ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied Able to attract, interview and hire employees and build a strong team Understand food costing Can accurately schedule employees while achieving labour targets Responsible for P&L results What We Are Looking For From You Minimum two - three years’ experience leading a team Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences Food Handler Certified or willing to certify Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment Well organized with the ability to multitask Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a hot environment What’s In It For You Flexible scheduling Pay Range: $47,000-$58,000 A welcoming, fun and safe work environment founded on respect Competitive wages with tips Complimentary meals for Management (one combo per shift) The chance to be part of a close knit team 20% employee discount dining card valid at participating Recipe brands Growth and development opportunities within the restaurant Career advancement opportunities in a company that owns some of Canada’s most iconic brands Recipe is committed to providing a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
