Maintain and support the project HSE management system, coordinate safety committees, training, orientations, incident investigations, inspections, and corrective actions. Maintain accurate safety records and reports, liaise with government and corporate HSE representatives, support injured workers’ safe return to work, and ensure PPE requirements are met.

Monitor welding activities, conduct final visual weld inspections, and verify compliance with inspection and test plans, specifications, and applicable requirements. Coordinate non-destructive examination and quality control, address welding issues, and prepare final documentation for assessment and handover.

Lead and support HVAC service technicians and staff to ensure safe, productive, and quality performance of service operations. Manage daily dispatch activities, maintain client relationships, and prepare service proposals and estimates.
