Temporary Full Time - We are looking for an Administration Support Associate. Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative and operational support to Senior Underwriters and Underwriting Consultants, ensuring efficient workflow management and timely completion of tasks * Prepare, draft, and distribute professional correspondence to applicants, banking partners, and other internal and external stakeholders * Maintain accurate records and documentation within underwriting and reporting systems * Assist with the collection, organization, and review of client and application information to support underwriting decisions * Liaise with internal teams to obtain required documentation and resolve routine inquiries * Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems, tools, and processes * Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies, service standards, and regulatory requirements * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and efficiencies Qualifications & Skills * Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities * High attention to detail and accuracy * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new technologies quickly * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills * Previous experience in financial services, underwriting, insurance, or banking environments is considered an asset * Reliability Status Security Clearance – this can only be completed with candidates who receive an offer of employment. This is a personal security status that is required as a condition of employment before an employee can gain access to Protected B information, assets or work sites as outlined by the Government of Canada website. The cost of submitting these checks will be covered by Canada Life This position will be located in the Toronto head office and follows a hybrid work model, with an in-office presence required two days per week. - The base salary for this position is between $45,500 - $61,600 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
