Your Role: * Maintain AEOI data on entities within the client corporate structure. * Manage daily operations for account holder documentation processes * Support AEOI tax information analyses and preparation of XML format submission files * Manage expectations and ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner; provide excellent service to clients * Maintain and improve knowledge of the Automatic Exchange of information regulatory and compliance within a highly specialized environment * Communicate daily with remote teams; preparing and providing progress and status updates and escalating items as required * Local AEOI portal registration/de-registration, communication and trouble shooting * Research, analyze and provide recommendations for process improvements to increase operational efficiencies

Requirements

Candidates must possess a strong understanding of FATCA, CRS, and Chapter 3 regulatory requirements. A bachelor's degree is required, along with the ability to communicate effectively with remote teams and manage client queries.
