The Shop Foreman leads daily shop operations, supervising personnel and coordinating the maintenance, repair, and preparation of heavy equipment and tooling. They are responsible for ensuring all assets are project-ready while maintaining safety standards and accurate documentation.

The Tankhand is responsible for setting up and maintaining the drilling fluid circulating system and operating solids control equipment. They also supervise Roughnecks and ensure all equipment is kept in clean, working order.

Perform physical, labor-intensive tasks to support HDD rig operations, including handling drill pipe and equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite while assisting the driller through all stages of the bore.

Lead, train, and direct the drilling crew while ensuring safe and efficient HDD operations from mobilization to tear-down. Monitor equipment performance and maintain responsibility for site safety, hazard planning, and overall project outcomes.
