We're looking for experienced Drillers and Rig Managers to lead our HDD crews in the field. These are senior roles for people who've put in the years, know how to run a safe and efficient operation, and can get the best out of their crew. What You'll Do * Lead, train, and direct the drilling crew * Run safe, efficient HDD operations from mobilization through tear-down * Monitor drilling and equipment performance to keep the operation on target * Own safety on site — from hazard planning to emergency response * Take responsibility for your crew's performance and the outcomes on your rig What We're Looking For * 3–5 years of hands-on experience on a horizontal directional drilling rig (40K–220K rigs, Vermeer preferred) * Proven leadership — you know how to run a crew and bring out their best * A strong commitment to safety — for yourself and everyone on your crew * Strong communication and the ability to work well with internal and external partners * Physically fit and comfortable performing labour-intensive work in all outdoor weather conditions * Valid Class 1 driver's license required * Safety tickets: SFA (Standard/Intermediate First Aid), H2S Alive, GDII, PCST, CSTS 2020 * 12-hour rotating day/night shifts, with rotations * Willingness to travel to job sites across Western Canada * Ability to successfully pass pre-employment and periodic drug and alcohol testing What We Offer * Competitive wages based on your position and experience, plus overtime on all hours over 44 per week * Premium for holding an experienced Class 1 driver's license * Comprehensive benefits — dental, vision, life insurance, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Paid travel to and from worksites, plus Living Out Allowance (LOA) * Accommodations provided while on project * Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided * A genuine safety-first culture and real opportunities to grow and move up Ready to Lead Our Crew?
