The Finance Coordinator will support the club’s financial operations by assisting with budgeting, fund allocation, reimbursements, and other financial tasks throughout the year. \n Time Commitment 3-5 hrs/week Main Responsibilities Assist with managing expenses and keeping spending within the set budget Help process reimbursements Assist with identifying and applying for grants and sponsorships Support financial planning and fund allocation for events and initiatives Qualifications Previous finance experience is an asset Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with attention to detail Comfortable building and maintaining relationships Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative Anticipated Learning Outcomes Build resourcefulness and problem-solving skills Gain hands-on experience with real budgets, reimbursements and financial operations Learn how to support the financial planning of events and initiatives \n Submit the following information no later than September 25 at 11:59PM A one-page resume outlining your most relevant experiences A cover letter highlighting why you want to join CUS Fashion & Retail, what makes you a strong fit for the role, and describe one idea or initiative you would bring in this portfolio Please contact Mai Buree at mai.buree@cus.ca and Jenny Zhang at jenny.zhang@cus.ca if you have any additional questions or concerns.
