Ashley Canada – The Dufresne Group is committed to investing in our team members; we offer: * Starting rate: $22.00/hour; six-month proficiency rate: $24.25/hour * Four-day work week * Benefits, educational assistance and employee discounts * Employer-sponsored Retirement Savings Plan * Career growth and development * A respectful, family-oriented environment with strong company values * The opportunity to work at one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies As a Home Delivery Driver, you will: * Load, secure, deliver and assemble products in guests’ homes * Complete pre/post-trip inspections, electronic Hours of Service logs and delivery records * Safely drive scheduled routes and provide exceptional guest service * Protect products and homes by following safety and company procedures * Use delivery tablets, take photos and reconcile discrepancies * Follow commercial driving regulations and report vehicle issues You will have: * High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience * Valid G Class Driver’s Licence held for at least one year with a clean Driver’s Abstract * Six months to one year of delivery-driving experience * Strong communication, attention to detail and customer-service skills * Ability to use load-securement equipment; hand-tool experience is an asset * Ability to lift 50–100 pounds and adapt to change * Ability to complete a Criminal Record Check AI tools may be used during the hiring process to screen, assess or select applicants for the position. #ca123
