About You The Embassy is seeking a highly motivated Production Coordinator to work on feature film, TV series, and commercial projects. In this role, the PC will provide administrative support to the production management team and the supervisors. Your Role Manage meetings and reviews schedules for the Production team and Supervisors; take accurate notes in reviews and meetings, and publish them on the production tracking system (Flow) as needed Coordinating with external vendors , assisting with creating bid sheets, transferring materials , receiving and ingesting materials Under the guidance of the Production Manager or the Associate VFX Producer,VFX Producer assists with schedules and track task progress for assigned artists and sequences in the production tracking system (Flow) Liaise with the Production team across sites to coordinate cross-discipline tasks, deliveries, questions, statuses, and approvals Ingest deliveries from clients and manage deliveries to clients and vendors as needed Your Qualifications 3+ years of work experience as a Production Coordinator or other similar production management roles in Visual Effects or feature animation Comprehensive knowledge of Excel and Google Suite skills Flow (formerly ShotGrid) or other production management software experience - preferred A degree in film, art, communications or a related field and/or a combination of education and experience that would be equivalent to that level of professionalism, problem-solving, and analytical skills - preferred We Offer Strong emphasis on work-life balance with standard working hours of 9am–5pm Paid lunch break Paid Sick days from day one Group benefits for eligible employees Employee Assistance Program for eligible employees Paid Float Days for eligible employees Summer and Christmas parties Centrally located office space Fully stocked kitchen with complimentary snacks and drinks Friday Happy Hour - join the team every Friday at 4pm for a casual wind-down chat over drinks The Embassy Visual Effects Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer.
