The Glencoe Golf & Country Club is looking for a seasonal full-time Golf Shop Assistant to join our Golf Shop team for the remainder of the 2026 Golf Season. As a Golf Shop Assistant, you will provide a welcoming environment and exceptional customer service while assisting members and guests to enhance their game, look their best, and book tee times through quality, knowledgeable advice and recommendations. The successful candidate will be required to work through to the end of the Golf Season (estimated to be October 14th, 2026) with the potential to change based on business requirements. The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace certification prior to commencing employment. The Golf Shop Assistant provides exceptional customer service, manages tee time bookings, and assists with retail merchandising. They also support the coordination of club events and ensure adherence to golf shop policies and club regulations.

Candidates should have at least one year of retail customer service experience and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with computer and point-of-sale systems is required, and golf knowledge is considered an asset.
