The ideal Front of House Supervisor has excellent communications skills and the ability to motivate and direct others. As a your primary focus will be to manage all marketing programs for the restaurant and to oversee bar operations to ensure profitability. What You Will Do In This Role Act as a floor leader during service, supporting the team and driving an elevated guest experience Greet and engage guests in a warm, professional manner, setting the tone for hospitality Support servers with order taking, table maintenance, and service flow during peak periods Ensure food and beverage orders are delivered accurately and in a timely manner Handle guest feedback and resolve minor concerns in real time, escalating when appropriate Assist with coordinating floor plans, seating flow, and pacing of service Support cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy with payments and closeouts Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and consistent service Provide on-the-floor coaching and guidance to team members to uphold service standards Support training of new team members and reinforce brand standards and expectations What We Are Looking For From You Previous experience in a restaurant environment; leadership or keyholder experience is an asset Strong hospitality mindset with a genuine focus on guest experience Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Confident communication skills and the ability to support and guide a team Strong problem-solving skills and composure under pressure Solid understanding of food and beverage service, including menu knowledge Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable handling cash and supporting end-of-shift procedures A team-first attitude with a willingness to step in wherever needed Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines What’s In It For You 20% employee discount dining card valid at participating Recipe brands Pay Range: $21 an hour Flexible scheduling Competitive wages The chance to be part of a close-knit team that feels like family Growth and development opportunities within the restaurant Career advancement opportunities in a company that owns some of Canada’s most iconic brands.
