Advise hiring leaders using market and compensation insights, deliver a strong candidate experience, and help build talent pipelines, employer branding, and scalable hiring processes.

Own Digitail’s social presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn by independently filming, editing, and publishing platform-native content, especially short-form video. Manage the content calendar and performance experiments, capture stories at customer sites and events, and support case studies, newsletters, and webinars using AI tools.
