JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Secretary to provide administrative and office support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the office operates smoothly by managing communications, coordinating schedules, and supporting daily operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules * Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence * Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations * Organize meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes * Maintain filing systems (paper and digital) and office records * Assist with travel arrangements and logistics as needed * Greet and support visitors in a professional manner * Order and track office supplies and inventory * Support general office operations and administrative procedures * Assist with onboarding processes for new staff * Liaise with vendors and service providers (e.g., IT, facilities, catering) * Provide general administrative support to staff and management * Perform other related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion * Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor * Previous administrative or secretarial experience preferred * Fluent in English and Arabic, French is preferred KEY COMPETENCIES * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills * Adaptability and initiative * Professionalism and reliability
